I have had a wonderful stay at South Tampa Health & Rehab Center.
When I came on January 23rd after surgery, I had 40% range of
motion and two weeks later I am at 110%. Thanks to Tuky, my
physical therapist who worked with me very hard, I get to go home
today February 9.
I heard South Tampa Health & Rehab Center has a great rehab
program, and I am living proof of it, and now I know first hand
that it is a wonderful program. I also want to thank the other
therapists; they are very kind people.
I am grateful to have been a patient here at South Tampa Health
& Rehab Center and a special thanks to Tuky for such marvelous
care of me.

I would like to let you know you have one of the best rehab teams.
They have a care and love for the residents. I appreciate the
way your team works with the residents, to make them strong, and
to keep working with the residents. The Director of Rehab and
the rehab team have a mission for the residents. They provide
their patients with the highest quality of health care that we
need. I have accomplished a lot of rehab and I have a lot more
to do. I will not let no one do my rehab but the rehab team at
South Tampa Health and Rehabilitation Center. You are the best
to me...I would like to let the Administrator, Mr. Brian Pollett
know that the rehab staff at S.T.H.R is a special rehab team.

I would like to let you know about your nurses. They talk to
you in a caring way. They love to take care of their residents.
When you need something done, they take care of it. They care
about their job a lot, not just the money. I have not seen
nurses work together like the nurses on Station One. When you
work as a team, it makes your day go much better, and the
resident's day too...I also want to thank Social Services, the
C.N.A.s, the Environmental Services staff for all you do day in
and day out, and for a job well done.

To Whom It May Concern:
I just want to thank everyone at South Tampa H&R Center for all
the help and support given to my wife after her hip replacement
surgery. Everyone at your facility was friendly, caring and
focused in their task to assist my wife with learning to ambulate
again after her surgery.
I also want to thank everyone for making me feel welcome as well
as I spent many hours at your facility visiting my wife. It was
comforting to know that no matter what time I visited with her
your staff was seeing to her needs and I always knew she was
being taken care of.
Should anyone I know need your facility in the future, I will
most certainly recommend you.

They have it all! As a person needing medical services, my
rehabilitation experience was beyond my expectations! No one
likes to be confined, away from home. But here was a pleasent
atmosphere created by the entire staff. Jeff and his rehab
team cannot be matched anywhere else. They were professional,
educational, Caring, fun and motivational. Diane has the best
"team work" nursing staff in the area. Housekeeping and food
service were superb, also. Jason and his fun helpers in
Activities have fun events for all ages. There are many more
amenities available and also my doctor recommended here. I
highly recommend STHR!

Admissions Department,
I want to express to you how pleased I am that my father is well
taken care of in your facility. I do not have to worry about
my father's care, you are doing a terrific job. You are caught
doing something good. My entire family is pleased with the care
my father is receiving and you respond to everything in a timely

Dear Brian,
I wanted to say thank you so very much for everything. I was
really grateful to you for staying late to talk with me about
my husband's admission and making is seem as though this was
going to be an easy and stress free process, in a world where
it seems as though everything is usually made to seem as though
"complicated" and "different" are just a way of life. I feel
completely comfortable leaving Henry here. You and your staff

Dear Brian Pollett,
I have seen such a great joy in my sister since she has come to
your facility. Great help and good nurses in the healthcare
industry seems very rare in today's society. So often letters
of complaint are written and good workers' deeds often goes
unnoticed. The treatment and service provided by your nurses to
my sister is definately appreciated and as a result this process
with my sister has been made easier and smiles have been put
back onto my family's faces!
